Property Manager of Affordable Housing
Maloney Properties, Inc is looking for a dynamic, experienced Property Manager for large family property located in the charming Acre Section of Lowell, MA. This position requires a professional with solid property management experience including property operations and staff supervision, excellent customer service skills and strong experience with affordable housing regulations such as HUD's Sec. 8. program and/or the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, with a certification in either program from a nationally recognized organization. Strong computer skills, required and bi-lingual, Spanish/English skills are a plus.
